Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting brokers and agencies with marketing materials, product knowledge, and training resources.
  • Act as a key liaison between the company and its distribution partners to ensure strong engagement and brand consistency.
  • Develop and distribute marketing collateral, sales presentations, and digital content tailored to broker and agency needs.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies to refine brand messaging, enhance value proposition, and improve market positioning.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with business development objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate product, sales, and compliance training sessions for brokers and agency partners.
  • Develop educational materials to reinforce product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the agency appointment process, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain oversight of agency compliance and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Gather and analyze broker feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to shape marketing and sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve broker engagement and sales performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions to strengthen relationships with brokers and agencies.
  • Coordinate event participation, including booth setup, sponsorships, and lead generation strategies.
  • Work with marketing partners to maximize brand presence and post-event follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to broker support.
  • Align marketing and sales initiatives with overall business objectives to drive growth.
