Requirements:
  • Previous experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral or polished English accent.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper.
  • Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
