Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting role, ideally in SaaS, customer experience (CX), AI, collaboration, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, data integrations, enterprise software architectures, and security best practices.
  • Experience with customer experience management, AI-driven analytics, or collaboration tools, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions using our platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to understand customer needs and craft compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions that highlight our platform’s unique value.
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their pain points, technical requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between their needs and our solution capabilities.
  • Create and tailor customized solutions that address client-specific challenges, leveraging the full capabilities of TheyDo's products.
  • Develop and deliver in-depth product demonstrations, both virtual and in-person, showcasing how our platform solves key business problems.
  • Design and lead proof of concept and pilot projects to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate ROI to potential customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and answer detailed product questions related to integrations, API capabilities, security protocols, scalability, and performance.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation requests to demonstrate the competitive advantages of TheyDo's solutions.
  • Work with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of product capabilities with market needs and customer feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies to provide informed insights to customers and internal teams.

  • 6-10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering, preferably within AI, data platforms, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience in GTM strategy development, including product positioning, sales enablement, and revenue generation for new markets.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Leverage the CEO’s existing network to assist in generating leads. Work with the CEO and product teams to shape the product roadmap based on commercial market needs.
  • Target new markets and customer segments, identifying opportunities for expanding AI-driven R&D solutions into industries such as defense, biotech/pharma, fintech, manufacturing, and healthcare.
  • Qualify leads, conduct technical product demos, and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of customers.
  • Oversee technical pre-sales activities, including proof-of-concept development, technical presentations, and responding to RFPs.
  • Guide customers through AI/ML implementation, data integration, and security requirements, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.
