Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product information in Dutch.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and experiences.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of support practices.
