Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis, financial analysis, or data analytics roles, ideally with experience supporting both HR and finance functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to ensure the accuracy and alignment of HR and financial data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR and finance data reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on various HR and finance initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, employee retention strategies, and financial scenario planning.
