Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, with emphasis on financial modelling, financial planning, and management reporting & analysis
• Professional designation preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior level stakeholders.
• Perpetual student with grit and an inquiring mind.
• Database (SQL), VBA, or other programming knowledge is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Own, develop and enhance the company financial models, and monitor KOHO’s overall financial health
• Oversee KOHO’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, working with teams across the company to shape the roadmap to ensure KOHO is meeting its financial goals
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting, ensuring that the executive team is well informed on all things related to financial performance and cash position of the company
• Support the Director of Strategic Finance, CFO and CEO in all aspects of equity and debt capital raising and corporate valuation
• Become the Finance team’s data champion and build reports that empower the Finance team’s analytical capabilities
• Partner with Data and business teams to build new reports, provide insights and analysis, and identify growth and value opportunities for KOHO
• Own financial planning tooling, lead implementation (including configuration, data migration, testing and reconciliation), manage updates, and drive enhancements
• Challenge status quo and drive system & process improvements
