Responsibilities:

  • Track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assist in onboarding new projects by gathering necessary information and setting up processes.
  • Prepare key project details before calls to ensure smooth and informed discussions.
  • Take comprehensive notes during calls, summarizing main points, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to follow up on pending tasks and project updates.
  • Maintain organized records of communications, meetings, and project details.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and task coordination.
