Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing client portfolios, with a focus on enterprise and strategic accounts in e-commerce or retail media.
  • Proven track record developing and implementing strategic plans, with measurable success in improving client performance in Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect Ads, Amazon DSP, and Criteo
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Experience working in high-pressure situations with demonstrated effectiveness in managing client dispute and risk situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike.
  • Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee strategic, data-driven account plans focused on growth, optimization, and alignment with client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for new channel expansions, optimizations, and diversification.
  • Collaborate with clients on channel strategy, pricing, catalog optimization, and promotional tactics that drive revenue.
  • Regularly review and analyze client performance across key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data to adjust strategies and optimize client accounts to ensure strong performance and satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights based on client KPIs, industry benchmarks, and emerging channel dynamics.
  • Conduct regular assessments of channels, identifying issues related to listing accuracy, and/or compliance.
  • Address channel-specific requirements to maintain healthy channel presence.
  • Oversee the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes to meet client expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth research on channel trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep clients competitive and informed.
  • Share insights on industry shifts and new features on platforms to adapt strategies in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Rithum and channel platform capabilities, and tools used to optimize client programs.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints through scheduled calls and conduct strategic business reviews to discuss performance, goals, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive recommendations and ensuring alignment with their e-commerce strategy.
  • Expand strategic client relationships including key decisionmakers/stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks, including channel issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
