Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years technical and/or engineering experience in similar industries selling to IT organizations of large corporations. Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting Lean Business Cases and documenting customer needs for Product implementations. Minimum 5 years of experience in pre sales and onboarding integrations for products and services. 5 years of technical knowledge of APIs, SMTP, TLS and debugging issues based on code snippets. Understanding of AWS, SaaS, Software and Security principals, messaging and workflows. Proven track record of successfully selling high tech products and services, preferably software-as-a-service, to Enterprise and Mid-Market/Corporate customers. General understanding of document and information security as well as data regulations and compliance requirements in Japan market. 8+ years technical and/or engineering experience in similar industries selling to IT organizations of large corporations (preferred). Business level or higher skill of English and fluent Japanese (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Drive success of Japan Corporate sales in the introductory phase. Manage pre-sales activities, design solutions, and ensure product integration. Collaborate with sales, client services, and product/engineering teams. Understand and present eFax and Consensus products to business and technical prospects. Create technical proposals, solutions, and security assessments. Design integrations and workflows to meet client needs. Present product demonstrations and discuss fax, secure message, and healthcare technologies. Plan and execute proof of concepts and technical validations. Manage pre-sales and onboarding integrations. Train external users on services. Build product awareness through webinars and conferences. Provide market feedback to Marketing and Product Management. Train new Sales people on products and services. Support the sales team from a technical perspective. Perform other required duties.
