Requirements:
  • Significant and proven progressive experience in marketing leadership in the industry, demonstrating effective P&L and budget management.
  • Demonstrated experience in product and/or marketing management, showcasing strong competence in technical marketing.
  • Experience working in a large matrix organization with people management responsibilities as a manager of managers.
  • Advanced level of Omnichannel customer engagement experience.
  • Strategic agility, with conceptual thinking and a strong sense of business insight, is essential.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into execution and effectively inspire change in a matrix environment with multiple collaborators.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish the digital strategy and capabilities within BDB EMEA, linking strategic requirements into the digital roadmap.
  • Guide the team in boosting omnichannel efficiency, collaborating closely with regional, global, and local customers.
  • Improve Omnichannel capabilities and implement personalization for an outstanding customer experience.
  • Drive the implementation of a standardized Omnichannel approach across hubs, including digital and physical engagements such as campaigns, webinars, face-to-face meetings, and training & education
  • Manage and lead the transformation towards a more digitally savvy EMEA organization within the BY
  • Ensure content development leadership and project management, including country go-lives.
  • Coordinate the strategy, execution, and maintenance of Showpad.
  • Centralize the management of marketing materials approvals, including collaborator management at the country level and reapprovals where needed.
  • Own Omnichannel marketing analytics, quality, and process improvements.
  • Build a BD Biosciences EMEA market intelligence process, using research and market models to provide actionable information for the BDB EMEA region.
  • Apply SFDC to improve data health and build 360 views on customer interactions and BDB EMEA responses.
  • Manage and optimize expense budgets to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, retain, empower, mentor, and develop a strong team.
  • Lead talent management efforts to ensure required capabilities are in place to implement strategies.
  • Ensure strong collaboration of the team with the rest of the BD Biosciences organization.
