Responsibilities:
  • Execute and evolve contract management processes in alignment with business goals, underwriting strategy, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and develop a professional contract, compliance and QA operations team, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and resource planning to ensure performance and delivery.
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and executing contracts, while maintaining tools and documentation to support consistency and risk control.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards, partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to stay current with changing requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and proactively resolve contract, compliance and QA-related challenges.
  • Implement process improvements by identifying opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize contracting practices.
  • Support vendor relationships and internal audits related to compliance and documentation.
  • Analyze contract data and reporting metrics to help inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
