Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
  • 8+ years of financial planning & analysis experience within a client services organization.
  • Industry experience in advertising, marketing, professional services, or technology/SaaS preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of finance & accounting principles, including financial modelling, budget & profitability analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and dashboard reporting systems (e.g., Datarails).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee forecasting, accounting, and client revenue management, analyzing trends and key drivers.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted financials.
  • Provide financial insights to improve profitability across client services.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Support commercial offerings, including pricing strategies, payment terms, and contract structures.
  • Collaborate with Americas Financial Team to streamline financial processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Client Leaders, leveraging financial insights to drive stability and growth.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with client accounts.
  • Partner with Client Account Teams to develop accurate forecasts and budgets, providing analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop business cases and financial models that support client growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize financial data to optimize customer and operational performance.
  • Provide detailed reporting on client service financials, P&L performance, and key business metrics.
  • Conduct month-end financial reviews, highlighting staff costs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver reporting for Corporate EMEA Board Packages, ensuring clarity on US financial performance.
