Requirements:

8-10 years of experience leading analytics-driven initiatives and scaling functions at early-stage, high-growth startups, ideally in complex or regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare).
5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the healthcare space.
Expertise in developing measurement strategies, forecasting methodologies, and analytics frameworks that align with enterprise data standards and governance.

Responsibilities:

Manage Carrot’s growing Outcomes Analytics team
Develop structured approaches for measuring program performance and engagement
Drive initiatives related to market engagement analytics, health outcomes evaluation, and network optimization, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide data strategies
Translate complex datasets into strategic insights, leveraging forecasting, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies to support customer engagement strategies and business objectives
