Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales team leadership and coaching senior teams
  • Strong background in sales within demanding environments (complex problems to solve and decisions processes in highly competitive markets), Enterprise sales experience
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced environments and managing uncertainty
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace (X2, X3) or experience in building sales teams from scratch
  • Experience with and deployment of proven sales methodologies (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, ...)
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales Ops, Marketing, Operations, HR, etc.)
  • Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Strong data skills and desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
Responsibilities:
  • Defining goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue on the 🇧🇪 Enterprise segment
  • Mentoring and keep building a highly efficient and productive sales team (AEs, BDRs, Sales Associates) in a scalable model that enables high growth on the market.
  • Keep recruiting, onboarding and developing high performing and committed sales in Belgium while ensuring a progressive career path for the future.
  • Empower every member of the crew to reach personal and team targets. This includes day to day coaching, attending customer meetings, deal reviews, creating and delivering trainings. You spend 80% of your time with your team and in the field.
  • Directly contribute to key-strategic deals being involved in the process to maximise performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to maximise impact of lead generation, content, and feedback loops on products.
  • Collaborate with the sales ops team to maximise sales efficiency (tooling, processes, business monitoring...).
  • Work cross-functionally internally to solve deal blockers on Enterprise deals (>2000 emp. companies).
  • Work directly with all Senior stakeholders at Alan (GMs, CRO) to articulate our global go-to-market approach and create synergies with the other countries on all the different business lines.
