Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, high-volume hiring, or talent acquisition marketing.
  • Experience managing job boards and ATS integrations (Ashby is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns for recruitment.
  • Ability to write compelling recruitment content.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and marketing skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to track and optimize sourcing performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and integrate new sourcing platforms and job boards with Ashby.
  • Improve job distribution to increase inbound candidate flow.
  • Monitor job board performance metrics and suggest optimization plans with the Sourcing Manager.
  • Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other digital platforms.
  • Post engaging recruitment content to boost brand visibility and attract top candidates.
  • Oversee paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn & Meta) to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Work closely with the Sourcing Manager, Recruiters, and Marketing Team to align sourcing efforts.
  • Utilize Social media channels, Canva, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Brevo, WhatsApp, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to manage sourcing operations.
  • Track sourcing performance and suggest process improvements to improve efficiency.
