Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle — from brainstorming ideas to designing, developing, and launching performance marketing landing pages.
- Ideate a backlog of testing ideas, continuously evolving our landing pages based on performance and user behavior data.
- Dive into performance data, uncover insights, and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions.
- Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to analyze, strategize, and design impactful test plans for the main site.
- Ensure speed, UX, and CRO best practices are embedded into every landing page build.
