Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, or in a sustainability-related field with course work or other experience in tech
• Proficiency with Figma, Jira, SQL, Google Analytics, UX research tools

Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and behavior
• Assisting in analyzing product usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Supporting the development of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and planning
• Collaborating with designers and engineers to refine product features and user experience
• Helping to create product documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Participating in product testing, QA, and feedback collection to improve functionality
• Researching industry trends and competitive products to inform product strategy
• Assisting in defining key product metrics and tracking performance against business goals
• Supporting internal and external communication about new product updates and initiatives
• Presenting findings and recommendations to the Product team to drive innovation and efficiency
