Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for expansion
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Analyze user data and engagement metrics to optimize growth initiatives
• Support A/B testing efforts and performance tracking for marketing and sales campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and user experience
• Assist in researching and identifying new revenue streams or product expansion opportunities
• Develop reports and insights on customer behavior, trends, and key growth KPIs
• Support lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and outreach strategies
• Assist with pricing strategy research and data-driven decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to the Growth team to refine business strategies
