Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, preferably in the B2B or tech industry.
• Fast and proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio techniques.
• Ability to create engaging video content optimized for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• A self-starter with a creative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or software development is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including product demos, customer testimonials, webinars, event highlights, social media clips, as well as b-roll footage.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling video narratives that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute video strategies that align with business goals and key marketing campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, audio, cinematography, and post-production editing.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency, high production quality, and clear messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance content creativity and impact.
• Organize and maintain video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and accessibility.
• Occasionally travel for customer interviews and events (up to 30% of time during peak)
