Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Full-Cycle Recruiting, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives, with a demonstrated skill in strategic influence.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including those involving privately held, venture-backed companies, as well as publicly held entities.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings while maintaining high performance standards and adaptability in rapidly evolving conditions
Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from Sourcing through Closing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy, aligned with Vanta’s broader, strategic initiatives
  • Data Analysis and Influence: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
