Requirements:

Familiarity with order management systems, warehouse platforms, and inventory tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis/reporting
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily order processing and fulfillment across retail, Amazon, and DTC channels; verify accuracy of shipments and warehouse transfers.
Track inventory levels across systems; promptly identify, flag, and escalate shortages or discrepancies that may impact On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance.
Regularly reconcile data across order management platforms and warehouse systems; investigate and correct inconsistencies to uphold data reliability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, inventory, and fulfillment metrics; quickly investigate and resolve any anomalies across platforms.
Provide proactive, clear, and consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding fulfillment timelines, risks, and expectations.
