Requirements:

• Deep understanding of your region’s culture, community, and trends.
• Fluent in both English and the local language of the region you are sourcing for.
• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, sourcing, or vetting creators, vendors, or suppliers.
• Fluent in English and your region’s native language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major search and social platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and travel aggregators.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work across international time zones.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard top suppliers, creators, and vendors in your region to host unique experiences.
• Leverage your knowledge of local culture, trends, and community dynamics to find the perfect partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Use analytics and qualitative data to position suppliers effectively and align with client goals.
• Work closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure supplier recommendations meet client expectations.
• Evaluate potential suppliers using a proprietary scoring system to ensure quality and alignment.
