Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on originating construction loans.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our market presence and grow loan volume.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with builders, developers, real estate investors, and brokers.
  • Create, implement, and follow a comprehensive business plan aligned with company goals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, servicing, marketing, etc.) to ensure a seamless borrower experience.
