Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing sales team focused on originating construction loans.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our market presence and grow loan volume.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with builders, developers, real estate investors, and brokers.
- Create, implement, and follow a comprehensive business plan aligned with company goals.
- Monitor team performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments (underwriting, servicing, marketing, etc.) to ensure a seamless borrower experience.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to sales team members.
- Stay current on market trends, lending regulations, and competitor activity.
