Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, cold calling, and cold emailing.
  • Experience with sales software, CRMs , dialers, phone efficiency platforms and sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, others.
  • Knowledge of import/export, machinery, or energy sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent in Spanish (100% required); Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Resourceful, self-starter, and highly motivated by commissions.
Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and prospect importers and distributors of diesel generators, electrical machinery, and heavy equipment across LATAM.
  • Manage outbound campaigns via Sales Intelligence platforms, such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Write prospecting copy for outreach.
  • Set qualified intro calls for the Founder to close deals.
  • Track and update leads, activities, and meetings in CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain a clean prospect database (data normalization).
  • Collaborate on ICP definition and pipeline strategy.
