- 2-5 years of experience in marketing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Very strong in Excel, bonus for experience in Hubspot, Customer.io, and ASANA.

- Build and implement multi-channel campaign workflows including email, SMS, direct mail, and phone calls
- Edit communications and templates based on internal improvements and customer feedback
- Test, proofread, and QA marketing outreach copy, design, and tracking
- Organize and maintain inventory of final assets, unique phone numbers, URLs, disclaimers, and other critical details
- Adjust marketing cohort campaign progression where needed and troubleshoot any campaign execution issues that may arise
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance
- Ensure marketing event and performance-related data is tracked precisely and that reporting is accurate
- Support the execution of marketing channel experiments when applicable, such as events and community marketing
- Assist in special projects on an ad hoc basis, (e.g., compile competitive examples)
- Work in collaboration with engineering, design and analytics and product teams in order to fully optimize campaign performance
