Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Leadership team to elevate the Creative Content Capability by setting the standard and vision for high-quality content at JumpSeat.
  • Help define the Capability Talent Strategy by identifying gaps, providing hiring recommendations, and giving feedback about our existing in-house and external copy talent.
  • Create creative copy pieces that align with the company's marketing goals, considering industry concepts, audiences, market trends, and competitors.
  • Lead the Creative Content Capability by building processes that help JumpSeat scale the area, establishing best practices that foster efficient collaboration between team members and freelancers.
  • Collaborate with Account Leads in managing our existing copy freelancing network by sharing creative briefs, providing feedback, and setting expectations with external collaborators.
  • Partner with internal team members and freelancers, fostering an environment of collaboration by sharing and adopting feedback constructively.
  • Collaborate with other creative team members to develop and shape the Creative workgroup.
