Requirements:

Experience working with Jira (preferably as an administrator, analyst, or process manager).
Deep understanding of time tracking principles and workload management in project teams.
Skills in creating and configuring dashboards, reports, and JQL queries for analyzing team and project performance.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, financial reporting).

Responsibilities:

Continuously track how employees and teams log their working hours in Jira.
Create regular and ad-hoc reports based on various parameters (time, projects, teams, tasks, etc.).
Implement and adjust system settings (workflows, fields, access rights) in line with business requirements.
Work with pivot tables, create detailed reports, and analyze data for management insights.
Develop and update documentation regulating Jira operations, time logging standards, and reporting guidelines.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of data entered into the system and promptly identify deficiencies.
