Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IT security leadership role.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP).
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for SaaS environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a security strategy that aligns with Limble’s business objectives.
- Lead the design of security policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our needs and adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct risk management activities, audits, and evaluations across corporate IT infrastructure and products using recognized methodologies and frameworks.
- Identify potential areas where data security policies and procedures need revision or development and mitigate information security risks.
- Act as the key liaison on security and privacy matters, including the prioritization of risk remediation and communication of risk decisions that drive business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security objectives.
- Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
- Oversee operations of the security team and create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure the performance of the security organization.
- Communicate with current or potential Limble customers regarding security processes.
- Ensure Limble’s employees are trained on and adhere to security best practices.
