At least 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with high budgets ($30K-$300K per month) and a demonstrated ability to achieve a ROAS of 3x or higher.
Ability to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
A strong drive to optimize campaign performance, reduce costs, and maximize conversions.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using Trello for workflow management and Discord for team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversions.
Craft compelling ad copy and visuals that engage target audiences and drive action.
Utilize tracking tools to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Set up and manage tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Events Manager, conversions API, and UTM tracking, to ensure accurate data reporting.
Build and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram), including audience targeting, placements, budgets, and strategy.
Work closely with Client Success Managers to understand client goals, source approved creatives and copy, and ensure seamless ad execution.
Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and apply data-driven optimizations.
Oversee between 15-30+ client accounts, ensuring ongoing success and results.
