- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose data-driven technology solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Strong aptitude for strategic problem-solving, weighing trade-offs, and driving solutions to meet business goals.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), database systems, and web technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes. Translate these requirements into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements documents, functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals.
- Actively engage in all phases of the SDLC, providing insight on the business implications of technical decisions, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business units and technical development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows. Recommend and implement improvements for efficiency, incorporating best practices and the capabilities of new software solutions.
- Leverage data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and potential issues within software systems. Drive insights using data or visualizations to support business recommendations.
