- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of facilitating Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Ability to mentor and coach teams at different stages of Agile maturity.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remove obstacles to team success.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar).
- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams in adopting Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Ensure teams remain focused and productive during Scrum events.
- Work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and timelines.
- Actively work to identify and remove roadblocks that hinder the team’s ability to deliver quality work.
- Provide insights into team progress and performance by leveraging Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Facilitate retrospective sessions and implement actionable improvements.
- Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders and senior leadership. Advocate for the needs of the team.
- Help teams and individuals enhance their understanding and adoption of Agile principles and practices.
- Support organizational Agile transformations, championing the adoption of Agile practices across departments.
