Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital ad creatives (experience in the DTC, intimates or e-commerce space is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing is a must!
  • An understanding of performance marketing, ad metrics, and how design impacts conversion rates.
  • Ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust designs accordingly to optimize ad effectiveness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriters, and product teams.
  • Ability to thrive in an exclusively remote environment while meeting deadlines and campaign goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Concept and execute on eye-catching, conversion-focused ads for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms to support paid social and performance marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all designs are on-brand, consistent with our brand guidelines, and align with the company’s voice, style, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the growth and marketing teams to design ads that are optimized for click-through rates (CTR), customer engagement, and conversions.
  • Adapt and optimize designs for various formats and platforms, including video ads, static images, gifs, carousel ads, etc.
  • Work with the marketing team to create multiple variations of ads, analyze performance data, and iterate on designs to improve ad effectiveness and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Team, Marketing Team, and Creative Team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually compelling assets.
  • Help create assets for seasonal promotions, new product launches, and ongoing sales campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, new tools, and best practices for digital advertising to ensure we’re always delivering fresh and innovative ad creatives.
  • Partner with our Lead Brand Designer to continually push the look and feel of our ad library, specifically with a focus on Motion.
