Requirements:

• Two years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with EPIC, Home Health, Skilled Nursing and/or Hospice Billing and pre-services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the insurance billing operations for services at Essentia Health.
• Coordinates and monitors the collections of outstanding accounts receivable insurance balances as assigned.
• Ensures compliance of all rules and regulations (including Federal, State, and the Essentia Health organization) to maintain a consistent cash flow in support of the financial goals of Essentia Health.
• Monitors key metrics and reports to ensure all activities are being completed by staff timely and accurately.
• Conducts quality and productivity reviews of staff members, and is also responsible for organizing, scheduling, and supervising staff to ensure adequate coverage, as well as prompt responses to issues, concerns, and/or complaints.
