- Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Financial Management modules.
- In-depth understanding of financial accounting processes and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex finance-related challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Workday financial solutions in a corporate environment.
- Workday certification in Finance or related areas is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Workday Financial Management solutions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements, enabling effective system configurations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and support to finance end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Workday financial functionalities.
- Analyze financial data and reporting needs, providing recommendations for enhancements and best practices.
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Stay current with Workday updates, financial regulations, and industry best practices related to finance solutions.
