- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a strong track record of successful SAP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and SAP solutions.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation for SAP implementations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing project deliverables while ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and report on project performance to senior management.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of SAP systems.
