Senior Business Systems Analyst, Digital

Requirements:

• Technical expertise in IT application/system rollout, configuration, and support (e.g., GxP-validated systems)
• Experience working in regulated industries (Biotech/Pharma highly preferred)
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and platforms (Jira, ServiceNow)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines/budgets, and multitask in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder/vendor management skills (collaboration, conflict resolution, SaaS partner oversight)
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Office
• Ability to create business cases with accurate cost/effort analysis

Responsibilities:

• Managing all user requests, technical issues, feature enhancements and system changes or updates, including project management and prioritization as needed.
• Managing all documentation, testing and communications
• Managing all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for the digital tools and with our third-party support partners
• System administration of the digital tools
• Working with our third-party support partner for data, reporting and dashboard needs, monitoring service levels in line with agreements
• Coordinating documentation collection to enable clinical trial data corrections
• Be the key point of contact for our third-party partner that supports the digital tools
• Manage all aspects of, and work with our third-party support partner and Compass DevOps to implement updates and changes to these tools
• Perform the role of project manager for all enhancements to the digital tools and platforms
• Ownership and management of all system-related Policies and Procedures
• Manage the budget for all software-related costs related to our digital tools
