Requirements:
- 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
- Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
- High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
- Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders and Engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
- Creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and/or opportunities for improvement.
- Strategizing and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress.
- Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
- Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
- Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
