Requirements:

• Proven experience in route management, scheduling, or dispatch, preferably in a service-oriented industry
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in routing software and logistics management tools
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize daily service routes using scheduling software and mapping tools
• Monitor route performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve service delivery
• Schedule appointments and manage service requests
• Handle inbound calls, provide schedule updates, and address inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, technician availability, and client information
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address route-related issues
• Communicate with drivers to ensure they have the information and resources needed for their routes
• Analyze route data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement
