Requirements:
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying tech sales experience, especially within web3, fintech, enterprise SaaS, and cloud software.
  • Demonstrated track record closing enterprise deals and exceeding quota.
  • Strategic understanding of the fintech, stablecoin, and payments ecosystem, ideally with a strong existing network within the space.
  • Demonstrated passion for web3, either professionally or personally, and a strong belief in its power to change the world for the better.
  • Able to handle a high volume of work and shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a related role
Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to pitching, and closing deals across fintech, stablecoin, and payment-related verticals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and sourcing opportunities from your personal network and from prospecting.
  • Forge deep relationships with key decision makers - stay on top of industry trends and current events, and know how to translate that into top-of-funnel activities with later lower-funnel outcomes.
  • Adopt a high standard for communication and responsiveness to your prospects and clients across tools like Telegram, Slack, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Bring organization and structure in keeping track of your sales activities and status of your book across internal systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams.
