Technical Services Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical roles involving software engineering, solutions architecture, Technical Account Management, or similar positions requiring hands-on coding
• Deep understanding of SDKs, REST APIs, and debugging in Linux/Unix environments. Experience with Git for documentation and code sample contributions
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Javascript and Python, with ability to work across multiple languages including Java and C#
• Ability to architect scalable integration solutions and provide best practices guidance
• Outstanding technical writing abilities and excellent verbal communication skills for developer enablement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and onboarding of developers to CDP APIs, SDKs, and other technical products
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through log analysis, code reviews, and internal reproduction
• Oncall support for handling technical queries on Discord and support developers during company-led hackathons.
• Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and sample code
• Provide technical advisory support to developers building using CDP products
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for enterprise developers
• Analyze developer feedback and usage patterns to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements
