You must be a currently licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Have flexible availability to accommodate family scheduling needs (i.e., weekday evening availability and weekend availability)
Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and any relevant state licensure guidelines
Must Reside in Contiguous United States
Comfortable with the use and ability to quickly learn current technology, including but not limited to, providing sessions via a digital platform and ability to troubleshoot common tech issues if they arise (e.g. wifi, camera, audio, etc.)
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, and able to use them effectively to communicate with clients and colleagues.
Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA- compliant professional workspace.
Google Suite experience preferred.
Experience with 4-5 different types of assessment tools including VBMAP, Ables and Vineland.
Effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors.
Ability to lead consecutive hour long sessions (sometimes 3 back to back) with clients and families.
Responsibilities:
Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients
Provide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers
Provide remote direct therapy to clients
Complete required clinical documentation and review client records to ensure quality assurance
Conduct remote assessments and develop an individualized treatment plan
Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments
Conduct risk assessments
Work with families to identify and evaluate barriers to effective care; collaborate with caregivers and clients (where feasible) to develop solutions to these barriers
Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
