Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media, with a focus on e-commerce and performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in Meta is required
  • Excellent time management skills, working proactively as an individual and as part of a team, through effective communication channels maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Someone who knows how to self-monitor their behaviour and bring a positive outlook and strong customer service approach.
  • Have an outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for creatives that convert.
  • An ability to work within a fast-paced environment and upskill rapidly where required.
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Initiative – You will want to make things happen.
Responsibilities:
  • Support client acquisition strategy via Paid Media channels.
  • Assist with current specialists on paid social media strategies.
  • Create and deliver accurate performance reporting and provide insightful data analysis and commentary.
  • Plan, design, execute and manage digital ad campaigns including ongoing optimisation, data analysis and reporting.
  • Brief e-commerce creatives for all Meta Ads, including coordinating with the content and graphic design team members in a timely manner.
  • Together with the Head of Digital collaborate in researching, testing and implementing new platforms, tools and other technologies and innovations.
  • Have a “revenue first” approach to client ROI - focusing not only on traffic, ROAS, and CPL - but also on pipeline and revenue generated per campaign, looking to consistently grow their spend, as you scale their ROI.
  • Report on paid media ad success and lead client meetings to deliver the findings and next steps for improvements.
  • Work closely with the paid media team to recommend, create, and/or source assets required to maximise performance across paid channels.
