Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience counseling clients on employment and labor law issues, conducting investigations, drafting responses to administrative charges, handling reductions in force, and developing and implementing employment handbooks, policies and procedures.
Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
