Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles across the company

  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive research.
  • Create and iterate on scalable outreach campaigns, content, and sourcing workflows.
  • Champion sourcing strategies and implement best practices to ensure a rich and ongoing talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate and implement sourcing tools, platforms, and processes to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Track pipeline metrics, report on sourcing effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on data.
  • Mentor and guide future sourcers as the function grows, laying the foundation for a high-performing sourcing team.
