- Creative and thoughtful in outreach; you know how to craft messages that get responses from even the most passive candidates.
- Passionate about building — you thrive in environments where you can build systems, processes, and pipelines from scratch.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and conversion levers.
- Clear communicator and trusted partner to both recruiters and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for technical roles across the company
- Partner with recruiting and engineering leadership to understand hiring priorities, develop target profiles, and define ideal sourcing strategies.
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive research.
- Create and iterate on scalable outreach campaigns, content, and sourcing workflows.
- Champion sourcing strategies and implement best practices to ensure a rich and ongoing talent pipeline.
- Evaluate and implement sourcing tools, platforms, and processes to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Track pipeline metrics, report on sourcing effectiveness, and continuously optimize based on data.
- Mentor and guide future sourcers as the function grows, laying the foundation for a high-performing sourcing team.
