Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Professional Video Editing & Content Creation Experience
  • Emphasis on direct-response style editing for social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Produce, edit, and optimize direct-response videos that reflect Cult of Eunoia’s brand personality and core values.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all videos, integrating EUNOIA and Triad archetypes.
  • Craft narrative structures that engage viewers from the first second, driving immediate interest and conversions.
  • Continually iterate and refine video content based on performance data, ensuring our ads remain optimized and relevant.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and client-facing teams to gather feedback and refine concepts.
  • Communicate proactively to streamline timelines, share insights, and maintain alignment on brand strategy.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, emerging platforms, and AI-driven editing techniques.
  • Experiment with new content formats (vertical video, interactive AR, etc.) to keep our output fresh and impactful.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to develop video concepts that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create or guide storyboards that map out narrative arcs, key persuasive elements, and platform-specific hooks.
  • Tailor video assets to meet the technical specs, audience expectations, and best practices of each platform (e.g., TikTok vs. YouTube).
  • Develop multiple variations (hooks, calls-to-action, alternate endings) for testing and refinement.
  • Create and manage multiple versions of video creatives to test performance across different audience segments.
  • Rapidly iterate based on data (watch time, click-through rates, conversions) to optimize future iterations.
  • Track and interpret video metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and view-through rates.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, recommending creative optimizations for better results.
  • Implement structured file-naming conventions, version control, and archiving to maintain a clean, efficient asset library.
