Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of commercial processes and basic knowledge of accounting
  • Sound understanding of cross-system IT structures and MS-Windows Server infrastructure (file structure, server and client operating systems, printer drivers, user rights, services)
  • Experience in the automotive trade, especially in the areas of spare parts management, customer service, premium processing, ELZ / webshop, cash register and time recording
  • Understanding databases, table structures, fields, and how to create queries
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate projects independently
  • High social competence and ability to work together in a team
  • Willingness to travel and flexibly adapt to the needs of our customers
Responsibilities:
  • Customer-specific needs analysis: Determination and analysis of the individual requirements of our customers
  • Presentation of IT concepts: Preparation and implementation of presentations as well as preparation of customer appointments
  • Accompanying consulting: Support of our customers during the implementation phase and continuous support via Microsoft Teams
  • Customer relationship maintenance: Maintaining customer relationships even after project completion
  • Documentation: Creation and maintenance of documentation for the planning and coordination of customer projects
  • Project coordination: Organization and supervision of projects and installations
  • (Process)Analytics: Performing detailed analysis to optimize business processes
  • IT concepts: Planning and development of IT concepts as well as their implementation
  • Training and workshops: Conducting training courses and workshops for customers, including preparation and follow-up
  • Creation of training materials: Development and continuous improvement of training materials and self-learning offers
  • Sales support: Sharing relevant customer information to support sales
