Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead QA teams and oversee testing processes.
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing and testing procedures.
  • Expertise in regression testing to ensure software stability.
  • Strong understanding of usability testing for optimal user experience.
  • Experience in performance testing to assess system efficiency.
  • Knowledge of test automation to improve testing scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 1-2 manual QA testers while remaining hands-on in testing.
  • Collaborate with leadership on status updates, escalations, and team planning.
  • Plan and execute manual testing strategies in alignment with product development.
  • Analyze software requirements and specifications to define the scope of testing.
  • Create and execute detailed test cases covering various scenarios and functionalities.
  • Document and report defects or issues identified during testing.
  • Conduct regression, usability, and performance testing.
  • Manage database testing and work with AWS Lambda functions.
  • Utilize tools such as k6, TestRail, Grafana, PostgreSQL IDE, jMeter, Postman, and more.
  • Review designs using Figma and ensure UI/UX consistency.
  • Optimize testing procedures and improve QA processes.
