Requirements:

Mandatory fluency in English
Previous experiences in one of the following fields: Sales, Scouting, Sourcing, Cold Outreach or Lead Generation
Bachelor's Degree is required. Master’s Degree is a plus.
Ability to work full-time and on a flexible schedule
Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communication)
Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential language educators
Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospects
Develop and implement personalised outreach strategies
Provide an exceptional experience throughout all interactions
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
Consistently refine and restart the prospecting process
