Requirements:
  • At least 4-5 years of proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies tailored specifically for the local (Japanese) market
  • Extensive experience in building and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including local brands, agencies, and influencers
  • Knowledge of the Japanese media landscape and proficiency in leveraging various channels (traditional and digital) for brand promotion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer insights to drive brand growth and market penetration
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams both locally and globally
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Japanese market, preferably in the B2C digital products
  • Fluency in Japanese language (advantage, but not necessary) with a strong understanding of Japanese culture and business etiquette, Fluency in English
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a brand marketing strategy for Kiseki
  • Establishing a strong and reliable brand of international dating in the Japanese market
  • Building a strong and trustworthy reputation among our target audience
  • Create and build long-term relationships with partners (creators, influencers, and agencies)
  • Create and optimize communication within retention channels
  • Develop and support own media (blog, social media channels)
  • In-depth and continuous analysis of indicators, optimization, and efficiency growth
  • Working with creatives: developing creative concepts, working with the design department, setting and accepting tasks
  • Market and competitor activities analysis
  • Monitoring results and analytics of campaigns to provide feedback and insights for future initiatives
