• Good knowledge of key email partners in the US market
• At least 3 years of experience as an email marketing specialist
• Experience working with Optizmo
• Strong data analysis, traffic optimization, and A/B testing skills
• Experience with dating traffic and understanding of the niche is a significant plus
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with partners and working with content

Responsibilities:

• Finding and attracting email partners and email traffic for dating projects
• Launching and optimizing email campaigns with partners
• Developing email marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions
• Testing and analyzing the effectiveness of email campaigns, improving key metrics
• Working with databases: cleaning, updating
• Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create effective emails
